So how about that red wedding?

Anyone still here who is following Game of Thrones?

I'm still following it and I was just forgetting about the traumatizing even that was the Red Wedding, why did you have to remember me again!! I really want too see the show will evolve past this events, and can't wait for the come back of some "old characters"

I have to confess I stopped watching it. But I will get back into it at some point.

I keep up with it. Season 6 was awesome!

I did not like the gore and the sex but its across many shows now and I guess I am desensitised some, but the core stories are great and worth watching.

I just loved the Battle of the Bastards scene in s6. Wow. They used some CGI obviously but also many real horses, that were just stunning! I'd like to see where the story ends up.

I liked Season 6 but only separate from the books - as they are ahead of the books now.

Yeah, I have only read the first book, and I prefer the show. I think for me its simpler to watch on tv, I get what I need from that without using too much brain power lol

Season 6 had a different feel for me too - it did seem more set for TV than in a book and its not locked into the story either way.

Is the author helping with the sceenplays?

I think he helps with a few, but I don't think it's on an every episode basis.

So I'm trying to get back into it. Watched 2 episodes last night trying to find out where I had got to. I'm at s2e3 next.

You have to get through s02, don't even think about not finishing it.
I am about to catch up on the last season. I have a few more episodes to go.
