Monthly mcMMO Events

Okay, <rubs hands together>, here we go, <cracks neck>, are we ready for some mcMMO grinding?

Excellent, because for 2019 we're introducing Monthly mcMMO Events. This thread explains it all, subscribe to it if you don't want to miss out!

The plan is to offer a double, triple, or even quad mcMMO event once a month for only one particular skill. The even will be a full day, (24 hours), and can start at a random time during a weekend.

It's hard to schedule everything, so keep an eye on the Discord channels or in-game on those particular days. Note that we're probably going by Dutch timezones, so for some players the 24 hours starts a bit earlier, while for others a bit later.

[OVER] - March - Triple Exp - Skill: Herbalism

[OVER] - April - Quad Exp - Skill: Archery
|- Phantom Training?
`- Date: Saturday, April 6th, 2019 @ 23:45 Dutch time.

[OVER] - September - Double Exp - Skill: Woodcutting
|- Wear a black and red lumberjack outfit?
`- Date: Probably Sunday the 15th of September

[OVER] - October - Double Exp - Skill: Swords

`- Date: Probably the 3rd Weekend of October

[OVER] - November - Triple Exp - Skill: Mining
|- Just getting one block at a time. Or a gazillion with super-breaker!

[ACTIVE ] - December - Quad Exp - Skill: Unarmed
|- 2020 might be a tough year, let's prepare those knuckles

Note please that these details might change. Based on user feedback we might switch things around a bit once in a while. If you want to know if there's an mcMMO event, just ask, or check this thread first.

The commands for mcMMO are: /mcstats, /mcrank, /mctop, and each skill mentioned above is a command as well, like mining skill is: /mining, and alchemy is /alchemy.

There is also the /party command, join a party with some friends, and share the exp you gain to level up quicker. Working as a community together benefits everybody.

Upcoming: Saturday the 5th of January, 24 hours of double mcMMO exp for Alchemy skill.

Type: /alchemy for your alchemy specific details, and to get help: /alchemy ?

Note that automated brewing stands do not count towards mcMMO.

For tips and tricks, ask around, there are enough players online with brewing-skills. Are they witches?

Update:

The /menu now has a diamond pickaxe you can click to see which mcMMO events are live for your account.



It will tell you if it's a global event (even for all players), or an individual event (applies just for you).

It will also let you know which skill and what xp rate it's in (double exp, for alchemy, in the example).

There's also a convenient timer so you know how long you have until the xprate will expire for that particular event.

This is a reminder that the first Monthly mcMMO Event will start in a couple of hours. (Dutch Midnight)

It's harder to level up at a higher level, having a 24 hour grind party for /taming helps stay highly ranked as well.

Reminder:

The first post has been updated, the next event is on the 10th of March, for 24 hours there will be a triple exp on the skill Herbalism.

You can type /herbalism in the game to learn more about it.

It's now nearly 6 pm in the Netherlands, in six hours from this post we will start 24 hours of Double Exp for Fishing.

Please do check our /rules, as automated tasks such as auto-fishing is not allowed. Please play fair!

Have fun grinding mcMMO levels! Maybe every so often we will have a little fishing tournament as well for some extra fun.
