Ok so to help each other out.... what tips, tricks and things do you do when having an issue whatever that maybe? What has worked for you in the past or present may help someone in the future <3

The Calm app, I use this at nightime to sleep to.... I love the "song" Rainforest Dreams.
Also this for sleep...

I also have a lavender and vanilla fabric spray I use on my bedding and lots of pillows. Talking of which I recently invested in this...

Memory foam pillow

I'm not sure which helps but I think it's a good combo for me. Doesn't always work but most of the time I'm getting more sleep than usual.

What has helped me so far is knowing I am not alone. Knowing there's someone out there that knows I am not doing well. For some reason, that calms me enough. Sometimes when it's really bad I just need to be in a call. Even if they're not talking to me.

For insomnia, I take kids sleeper helpers, like a melatonin pill. it just takes the edge off without feeling weird. It's a low dose. So I can relax and watch iPad in bed. And then suddenly I wake up a few hours later. Then I go to the bathroom, and go back and relax a bit more and sleep longer.

My anxiety is still there, daily. But the frequency is less, so I can distract myself more easily. And the severity is less. I still have pills that I can take when I have to do something outside the house so I can travel - even though that almost never happens. It's mostly going to the hospital and back. I am still house-bound, unfortunately.

Panic attacks are almost gone. I never believed that would happen. The pills for the heart really helped with fighting the panic attacks, and the therapy helped me to deal with it. So the severity is less and I don't get daily panic attacks anymore.

My fear to walk outside is still there, but it's almost gone. I made progress to walk around the apartment, my heart can handle it thanks to the pills. I now have normal sinus rhythm and speed after they shocked me. So I can walk outside to go downstairs, or to go get the mail, or to throw the mail out, or to do all those things at once. Or even walk around the parking lot. But, More than 5 minutes is still a challenge - mainly because i get scared it goes wrong and my backpain kicks in and i want to go back home. I do my walks almost daily and I try to walk twice a day, and I have had days recently where i can walk three times a day. And i want that to be the new norm: 3+ walks a day .. and bigger circles.

So, progress. Mentally, still struggling, but .. i clearly made some progress compared to last year or two years ago.
