If you can get to a swimming pool I think that would be better, as less pressure on your knees. Sadly not free like a walk, but you might be able to get it discounted. My friend is going to take me to a popular walking/jogging etc route and guna try and get moving more often. I need to get so much fitter before going away next year.
I'd swim weekly, maybe even daily, if I had a private pool, where it's just me. I am 100% insecure about how I look, I don't need the thoughts in my head. Maybe one day when I am rich and I can hide a personal trainer.Need to get back into swimming, not gone in a couple of weeks between them not having sessions available and me being too tired.

Went for a walk, so hit that today, and I'm going to work this afternoon so hoping to hit about 7km by the end of the day.Worked out I need to average at 5.7km a day to hit my walking challenge goal. I want to do more today while I'm off to try and reduce for work days.
I've bought those crackers - so those times where I end up having bread for breakfast, I've replaced it with a cracker .. that way I have less "bread" content, and I put less on the cracker than on bread. And I teach my body I am content with smaller portions over time.I need ideas on small food changes I can make to eat healthier. Like I've switched from white bread to brown/wholewheat so small things that over time will have be eating healthier
