Stepped on the scales, lost 0.2lb! Which is actually better than I thought as had 2 days this week of not doing anything and just eating snacks. I need to up the exercise though, get back to at least aiming for 5km a day.
Looking is a good step, next is small changes, and trying to make it a habbit. You can do itI've been trying to look more at what I'm eating, it's not going particularly well! The doughnuts are just too tempting when it's 55p for 5!
Turns out Doc changed his mind 8 min after the appointment and referred me to the weight management team anyway. They have been in touch and I've chosen the program gloji online. It's a 12 week plan of action so lets see what happens....I tried to get some help form the Doc but I don't fit the criteria for help
SO Got to get into the right headspace during Easter hols and start working on a plan of action to help myself.
