Well if am supposed to choose between the two, I would prefer walking. Just increase the distance and make it longer, so that I can be counted as an exercise. Although my personal favourite exercise regime is swimming, because it exercises all the muscles in the body.I locate that energetic walking works for me truly well so I don't jog specifically. In any case, I have heard from individuals state that jogging is better and walking doesn't generally work.
