I am not too familiar with how you call those weights you simply hold in your hands. But I have a few old ones, and I am considering buying a few new ones. But .. how do I know what to get?
I don't want to spend $250 or something on a whole set of every type of weight. But I don't mind getting some variation.
I am thinking there's nothing wrong with light small ones that add some weight to your exercises and routine. And then some heavier ones to really push the muscles with a few burst mode movements.
But again, I have no idea what I am doing. Could you please come post some of your recommendations or experiences and help me prevent making a mistake and ruining my joints and muscles?
