Oh wow. That really sounds delicious! You sound like you know what you're talking about. You make a lot of dinners?

Tonight I made some chicken in the frying pan, with carrots, mashed potatoes, and a sauce. It was pretty good.

Burger King!!
OMG I miss Burger King!

The best combo though would be a Double Cheese Whopper with Macdonalds fries and chocolate milkshake...with apple pie obviously!!!!

Umm does hot chocolate with Baileys chocolate count as food, as currently that's my dinner!

Humm it is always big issue to decide about dinner as my work life means I have to eat light food. Today I'm eating Falafal salad with Avocado smoothies which is enough for me tonight.

Dinner today will depend on what's in my mothers cupboards, but probably something with chips, there's always chips in her freezer.

I haven't had the terrible food of Burger King in a while. I actually miss it haha.

The apple pie here from fast food places have been rather disappointing. A big mag and double whopper, together with mac fries, and a summer mango smoothie, yeah sure :)

That, sounds, amazing. Adding that to my grocery list for December.

Adding carbonara to my grocery list for December as well.

Nothing but great recommendations in this thread. That salad is great, I have it once or twice per season. I have never had a avocado smoothie though.

Anything potato is always a win. Even when I have 2 boring potatoes left, I boil them el dante, and then slice them up, throw them in the frying pan with some butter and herbs, and let them cool down. Then try to make a home made sauce to dip and I got at least something nice to snack on.

My food tonight was the last bit of the left over pasta, I added fried egg, and a bit of grated cheese, and the last bits of veggies that I had. Suddenly my fridge looks a lot less full. pout.

I have meal planned for the week, sorta!

Sunday: Curry
Monday: Curry (leftover)
Tuesday: Mash +
Wednesday: Mash+
Thursday: Mushroom stroganoff
Friday: Mushroom stroganoff (leftovers)
Saturday: Freezer aka whatever I can be bothered to cook

It's a loose meal plan, but it does mean that in theory I'll only need to buy mushrooms, bread and milk this week.

Well tonight has changed as there's no leftover quiche it was a mini one and I got some free baby potatoes that I had with it, so tonight is going to be a baked potato instead.

Chicken madras, made it myself. Then portioned it. So I have it this weekend. I just change up a bit. One day with fried egg, next with rice, third day with noodles.

Having nut cutlets roast dinner tonight
Lamb burger and chips tomorrow (need to get coleslaw)
Sunday I have some steak, so steak chips, coleslaw and maybe mushrooms if I get some
Monday: going to make a risotto, hopefully that will be good for Tuesday too.

That's as far as I've got with the planning for next week though.

I do need to get bacon out of the freezer for bacon sandwiches for breakfast tomorrow
