I've started ordering a veg box, both to make me eat better and to make me cook more. Veg box is weekly so I have to plan how to use it all up!

I have vegan cheese, and it's a challenge! They're never great. But it's "okay" enough with a cracker with herbs and tomato.
So, hey.. it's not bacon okay, so .. trying here.

No idea, I am kinda weird feeling today, not sure i want to make dinner. I have a thing i made last night but it's kinda heavy, not sure i have the power in me tonight to make mashed potatoes, and re-heat this stuff and whatever.. might be too heavy

Time to start a new meal plan for the week

Saturday: Lamb burger and sweet potato chips
    Sunday: roast ?
    Monday: Stuffed aubergine
    Tuesday: Potato dauphinthing and ?
    Wednesday: Chips and ?
    Thursday: New veg box day

Lots of question marks on this week as I want to use up what's in the freezer, I got a lot of single portions of things that's taking up space.
