I was using up all the going slightly bad veg, didn't look too bad until I added the noodles in, and then it was too much! Ah well, I don't mind I'll have it today instead.Even stir fry can be portioned properly.

Cake and tuna? A challenging combo
I am going to skip monday and tuesday :PMeal Plan:
Monday: lemon tofu
Tuesday: lemon tofu
Wednesday: Sausage roll and chips
Thursday: something easy, maybe baked potato (going to crochet so only have a few minute to eat unless I eat after)
Friday: Aubergine Schitzel (depending on if the aubergine is any good by then)
Saturday: Aubergine Schnitzel
Sunday Roast
Friday/Saturday are subject to change if the aubergine is bad.
No worries, chapati is like a bread right? That looks delicious, and I think I can make this at home?Sorry for late reply post. I had roasted chicken with sauce, salad and chapati.
I am still on the porkchop thing, i have 3 pretty big ones, going to try and make it 4 portions and eat 1 tonight, then have enough for a few days.Might rethink tonight, it's still very warm and I don't really want the oven on if possible so maybe do something like sausages in the pan, some new pots with salad
