Today is pizza day! I decided that since I'm going to do quite a lot in the kitchen today to prep for next week, I'm keeping dinner simple today and there's a pizza in the freezer
Sausage and mashed potatoes., i can do that. i have to buy sausage, will add it to the list.
And if I get 4 of them, i can have 2 per day (the ones ill get aren't that big)
Yikes!I apparently can't! Thought the potatoes were cooked, started mashing and nope, into the microwave they went.
I am adding mozzarella to my shopping list right now! (and ice cream haha)Tonight I will eat pizza, a Mozzarella Sandwich and some ice cream.
Never too late to pick things up again. Even stir fry can be portioned properly. Sometimes when I make food that I know is easy to overeat, I get a portion scoop and scoop out one portion for my plate. Then I add a fried egg or something to it, a salad, and a drink. And this makes it a nice but full enough meal. And the rest is left overs!Well tomorrow I'll be having yet more stir fry, as I am terrible at portion sizes!
